Default sneak peak at new LOWE'S dragstrip (NC)

Nothing will be done halfway!
This is a Bruton Smith track. Take a look at anything else he's built. It's all first class like Las Vegas - everything's paved, several large stadium type bathrooms under the grandstands and scattered around the facility, not a bad pit spot anywhere. The guy does it right.

funny how that track is that far along then you look at my home town track Mansfield that has been sitting the same for over a year.

As a point of interest, Smith built Vegas in 90 days from the bare ground up. They were still finishing up as we pulled in for the 1st National event.
It's amazing what almost unlimited money and ego can do.

I also suspect the fact that he has built a bunch of them saves time and money because he has an idea the order in which things need to be done and what problems to be prepared for ahead of time. Does anyone know if he uses the same contractor to do the building-if so, that could also save time.
