Right now the top 2 in the world in stock are from D-6. Only having 1 national in our whole division we have to do our work on the road. To put it in perspective it snowed in many places in WA and OR today. We only have about 5 month a year to race. I'm not saying the other divisions aren't strong but we can hold are own.

Tommy - You very well may have some good drivers in D-6 but we here in D-1 have some families that race - some names might be familiar to you.....Biondo...Fletcher.....Zane . And a whole bunch of young guns on their way up ! ! Did you notice we just won the All-Stars . Again ......
PS- It didn't snow here last night but we had one hell of a hail storm -- does it count?

well if you consider that D2 won both Stock and SS at the allstars.................do your own math. And Pete may have a D1 number but i see him at pretty much every D2 race so thats kinda a toss up. D2 has Bertozzi, the Richardsons, Rampy, Brenda Grubbs, Strickland, Shane Carr, and I am sure I am forgetting someone

I think all Divison's are pretty tough!! Any driver can bet you on any giving day. You got to cut a light and make it tight in Div 4!! There are some bad *** drivers here also!

I think this question is not really fair. I'll use my own division to illustrate why. The distance to tracks in D1 is the least of any division, income in D1 states is the highest, and the population density in D1 states is the highest. So we should produce the most racers and that competition sharpens the skills of our racers before they move into the sportsman classes. You can use that same line of reasoning to explain why back in the day, the best racers came out of Southern California.
