Interview on Comp.Plus
Interesting interview with Dale Armstrong.Seems like he's of the opinion that tech is just as f%#&ed up for the pros as it is for us.He said they need someone up top who will enforce the rules to the tee and impose severe penalties for rules infractions.We're not alone.
