How many racers are running fuel injection vs. carbs in the super classes?
For those that are, what are the pros and cons on the stop? What systems are you using? Cost? Learning curve? Any info would be appreciated. Mike |

i tried the fast system on my 565, worked great after a quick computer lesson from someone who knew the program, i can tell you you needto use a 7al2 msd box not a programable ignition, the timing computer will not talk to each other and the timing will be all over the place, also you must use a inline stop to control it not a under the carb stop. it does have many options and tables you can set up when you go on the stop ie. timing rpm controls etc. i do have it currently on my spare motor and am now back on my carb also with no problems, i would sell the entire system complete for 3500.00 if you are interested, i have intake with fuel rails, 2000cfm air valve, inline stop all wiring, data recorder, all sensors, msd cam sych dist, injectors, etc. everything was used one year. email me if i can help. cerothermel@berk.com chuck

Chuck,
Thanks for the info! Unfortunately I run a large cubic inch SBC. I am curious as to why you feel you must use the in-line stop? Mike |
