Question Rockett vs VP

I'm sure this has been on here before but: The high cost of VP is getting unreal.I'm thinking of switching to Rockett 111 from c-12. I'm looking for anyone that has changed and did it work out or not?
Thanks, Lyn

My biggest problem is that I cannot get Rocket to return my emails or my phone calls. So I don't buy their fuel.

I had a very helpful talk with a Rockett tech person a couple months ago. I get 111 at the pump in Vegas @$6.35. Its a bit cheaper per gallon in drum quantities.

I talked to Lee Nylander recently who directed me to a SS/Stock racer who found power improvements (15-20hp) on the dyno and found that the fuel wasn't failing fuel checks even after sitting for awhile. Can't remember the name of who I spoke to, but if I remember I'll pass it along. Nearest dealers to me (toledo) were in Marion and Cleveland Ohio.

I don't know about you guys but, we are a small operation on a budget and cannot afford to pay $12 a gallon for C12. VP fuel has gotten so out of control from a price standpoint it is ridiculous. If VP increases horspower, I cannot believe the increase is significant over Sunoco Blue, Turbo Blue, Rockett, or Torco. At $6 a gallon difference, I'll take my chances with a non-VP fuel.

I don't mean to hijack the the thread but out here in the Northwest right now a local supplier is selling VP C12 for $13.00 gal. Another supplier within 30 miles has Trick 110 for about $6.50-$7.00 gal. depending on quantity purchased.
I used Trick many years ago in some Boss 429's and also my bracket car and all seemed ok. I don't think Rocket is out here. Brian
