Did you look at the "My Key" video?

http://www.fordvehicles.com/2010taur...er=N3016.Yahoo

Apply that to your Ford Stock / Superstocker for AHFS protection!

The apparent big secret from Ford (as I've not seen much print) is the new Ford Fussion. It's available with the SHO engine although a -10 HP reduction to 355 HP. With 4 klids, that could be something I could talk the wife into!
When I see 355-365 HP on a twin0turbo direct injection car, I see a inlet, exhaust and tuner package away from 450+ HP. Looks like a great package to me.

Great, they would probably factor them in O/SA to run with my N/A v6 pickup

We might even see Fuel Injection in Pro Stock too.

I have always read a lot of magazine articles on go-fast tech, and believe me, you can read ANYTHING.... but, the most frequent opinion I read that sets me back on my heels is, that you can make more horsepower on gasoline with carburetors, than you can with fuel injection.

I don't understand that, but I read it so often, I'm beginning to wonder if it's true....

And, should it turn out to actually BE true, why would anyone want to put fuel injection on his Pro Stocker and give away horsepower to the carbureted car in the other lane???

Just food for thought...

Bill,

If that is true, why doesn't NHRA allow both in Pro Stock? It could settle the question. Just asking.

It's been that way in several comp classes forever. And, it's still not settled.
