Jan C. Gabriel the voice of the 60s-80s Drag Strip commercials has passed away.He was the Sunday!!Sunday!! Sunday guy you heard on the US 30 and other tracks in the midwest weekly radio ads.He was also the producer of the "Super Chargers" tv show and according to his obit in the Chicago Tribune today,he also was responsible for helping popularize monster truck competition.He was 69.
