454 365 hp

i have a parsons & myers 454 - 365 hp that has run 10.80s in dsa that has been updated w/ the new valve job allowed by the new head rules new cam, shuebeck lifters, all new springs, retainers & valves has not been run with the new updates.
engine is still apart short block has less than 20 runs. (coated pistons, 4 bolt mains. extra cap. oil pan.) this is a top of the line engine.
6500.00 (intake to pan) head work alone was 3000.00
