I think just the regular N/A 2.2L Cobalt is a real sleeper for Stock. They'll run mid 16's literally bone stock and way heavy. Tons of potential.

08-10 is Turbocharged factory rated at 260 HP 2.0L Ecotec
05-07 has a supercharged 2.0L factory rated at 205 Hp A buddy of mine has an 09 and it has some neat features such as "Launch control." It is basically a 2-step. When the clutch is pushed in, it holds the rpm at around 5100. The turbo cars run high 13's stock. The supercharged cars run mid to upper 14's stock.

Would think these '08-up cars have some serious potential as a class car, no? WJ

At 260 I think its a bit high but the 206 might work. Figuring in how fast the competition can run

SRT4 Neons Are the original "Cobra Jets" The index would not be a problem. But to stay with the Neons you would need quite a piece.
