Default Best person to work stocker heads?

I recently bought an L-N/SA car and need to pick up a couple of tenths. The heads are fresh but haven't been worked since 1988 so I feel like there should be some performance improvement if they are worked. So, my question is, who is the best. David Lear or ? This is the only name I have heard since I'm new to stock racing. Any info would be greatly appreciated. It is a 305 combination.

Thanks,
Robert

My recommendation is Jim Lewis. He has done a number of Chevy 305 stocker motors/heads, and is currently building my Mopar stocker motor. Great guy to work with.

The two biggest obstacles you need info on is:

How much?
How long?

Your desires on those two obstacles will dictate the answer.
