Congratulations to Mark and Elaine Nowicki on your new record. 9.56 @140.39 second time out. As I said when we were at Martin MI. that thing is STUPIB FAST!!!!!!!!!! Good Luck at Indy make us proud.

I stand corrected it was 9.53 not 9.56. it is a drag pack 5.9 magnum yes ss chief it is one of my combos

Since they started to use the DP engines in the GT classes with the bogus soft HP ratings.

Jim, I like Mark and Elaine, they are great people. It's not about them. It's about the corrupt organization that factors these crate motors. That motor is at least 50hp soft and everyone on this board knows it. As far as my combination goes I'm sure it's soft , that's why a lot of other people are running it. And yes I have worked my *** of on this over a 20 year period. It was going 11.50's when I first built it. I've tried more than 15 camshafts, 10 converters and lots of other things including more than 100 dyno hours. I guess I don't understand how anyone can defend these bogus combinations.
