Default 3rd gen camaro rear suspension question

Everything I have read says that the control arms should run uphill toward the front of the car. Mine are down 1/8". Its my understanding that bolt, or weld on relocation brackets are not legal. How is everyone else dealing with this. The car isn't super low, so i don't think thats the problem.

I don't know Brandon Woods number but if I had a 82-92 camaro he would be the guy I would contact. I would not question anything he suggests on chassis set up!
