Does anybody have any feedback on Sunset Racecraft's throttle stop? I have used the TS-6 in the past, but it has proven to have it's limits, & liabilties.

Call and talk to Tracy Dennis at Sunset about it.
He races his stuff so he is very familiar with all his products. He will be straight with you on anything they have. He is a stand up guy. I use their engine but run a Dedenbear stop myself. He did all my machine work before I bought my first engine from him. Rick Cates Canyon TX |

No the OP, but I can tell you some of them. We ran a TS-6 up to now, but because of some other changes we're making, we have to use an inline stop. We've chosen Biondo's PCTS-SH. Lots of people we know use it and love it.
The TS-6 is a great piece, and very consistent. But it a) costs as much as 40hp according to people I know who've dynoed it, and b) has a limit to how low the RPM can go. We never were able to get below 4000 on the stop with it. With a boatload of HP, we were on the stop for longer than we'd like. Would have preferred to be down around 3600-3800.
