Hercules Trailer Tires ???

Has anyone used these Trailer tires ? Im looking at a set of 16inch Hercules with a
load range D and the price is in my range but dont know much about this tire any help would be appreciated ?? Thanks

I would not go lower than a load range E if this is an enclosed trailer........
