Default Etown Raceway Park $42 permit

This may have been discussed in a previous post. I went back 20 pages and couldn't find it. What's up with this and what's everybody doing with it?

I don't think you have to have the permit unless you plan on doing something listed in one of the permits like setting a bonfire.

Type2 permit $94.50

#3 "Carnivals and Circuses employing mobile structure used for human occupancy"

Does a bunch of people havin' a grand time in a motorhome at the races qualify ? I think that I have witnessed the above numerous times.

If not , tell me where the bonfire will be and I will contribute to the $42 fee for that.

The New Jersey fire regulators sure do get all wraped up in it don't they, I still have my supersized fire extinguisher that they told us to buy for this event years ago.

So I'm taking it nobody is paying this. I can't believe Keith O didn't threaten to burn down the track if we had to pay this.
