Default Fontana LODRS

STK and SS will have a run schedule similar to what we had in Vegas. One Friday morning and two Saturday (one AM and one after Noon).
Mike

BTW - Vegas checks from '06 divisional have been squared away. Any looking for those still, contact myself or the track. Sorry for the confusion.

Mike,

Do you happen to know what time the test-n-tune will run? Thanks.

Hey Mike,

How about two on Friday and two on Saturday?

Can't take long to run another round of Stock and Super Stock. What, you don't think this is "FAIR" to the other Classes? We are limited to 128 cars in Eliminations and the Super Classes are all run. Where is the " FAIR" in that. We pay the same money and may not even have a chance to race in Eliminations! Where is the " FAIR" in that. I think this alone should entitle us to at least one extra qualifying run. I think that would be "FAIR".

It is not fair. There is nothing super about those classes. Anyone can put a big motor in a light car and then slow it down...DUH.....so exciting to watch too......blattt stutter stuttter stutter......gee need to tune it up....lets turn the knob. What is the National record for Stupid Gas 9.90?
Performance based classes capable of setting National records should have 2 runs on Friday and 2 on Saturday Period.

A bad day racing is better than a good day at work except for Div 7. Real men shift for them selves. 06/07 G/S record holder

Mike Rice held a meeting at Las Vegas for the Super Stock and Stock racers. I think this was a great idea to give us a chance to voice our concerns and opinions directly to him. Thank you Mike!

My comments in this post refer to that discussion and his response to the same point I made there about 4 time runs. He said that would not be "Fair" to the other classes since they pay the same amount of entry money. I was trying to point out that there are other circumstances to consider and not all of the classes have the same requirements or even the same opportunities.

I agree with Bryans' earlier statement, fair seems to be gone.

I see this has the potential to end up like the Phoenix race went.

Was planning to run Rod's car at this event however, due to family concerns, will not be able to make it. Something is telling me that I won't be missing too much.

Best to all to those who do attend.

Eric
