Looking for a Race Car

Looking for a Stocker or Bracket Car.Must be a GM V-8 Car and I have in the 8-9K range.Cant go any higher than 9k.I know Im not going to get a Record Holding Stocker for that but maybe someone is in need of some Fast Cash.Must be close to Newark Delaware, as work keeps me from traveling to far.Thanks..
