Hi this is Dan Bowers (Ken's son) owner of Advanced Chassis. I am looking for a new fabricator for our shop and I thought the best place to look would be from people in the know. We are located in the northwest corner of Ohio just twenty minutes from two cities (Fort Wayne, Indiana, and Defiance, Ohio). We have been in business for twenty five years and have never had a layoff. We have a newer building that is climate controlled (72 degrees year round), we work a friendly schedule (mon-thurs 7:30-5:00, til noon on fridays), we offer all the paid holidays, vacation, insurance, uniforms, and a family type atmosphere. We are mainly a drag racing shop but we are also heavily involved in the tractor pulling world and growing there every day. We have more work than we can do right now and I don't see us getting anything but busier. We are looking for an energetic self starter, that comes to work every day, takes an extraordinary amount of pride in his (or her) work, and doesn't mind some overtime. Of course we want 15 years experience and a master at everything, but we will train someone that is already a great TIG welder or a master tin man. We would even consider someone that is very smart and has something to offer or shop. I wish I had the experience - I would seriously consider a career change! I'm only 15 minutes away. Let me know if you need somebody to sweep floors or take out the trash...lol!
