Runner up, in the Bird, last weekend...

Managed to go 6 rounds, in the Bird, this past weekend, at Muncie.
THe car was running great, and i was driving pretty good, too...
Missed the tree, a bit, in 4th round, but was better than my opponent...Got a 5th round bye, into the final... was .018 on that run...then , onto the final...Double breakout...and i missed the tree(.043 to his .016), just a tad, but hit my Bird's best 60ft, ever...1.444 on a 10.84/121.63 pass...
Had a blast...
Also...fitted rings, tonight, on 400/330 combo... shortblock is gettin close, to assembly!!

Brent,,, that's still a good outing in anyone's book,, way to go. What combo are you running now,, with the new bullet on the way? Is it just a bracket motor?

Thanks! yeah, its a trw 455, solid flat cam, homeport dports, 750 qjet... Its runnin pretty good... street hone, street rings, nothin special..hehe
