Who is this Billy that you speak of? Ohh, that Billy.
Here is Billy's response if it were face to face, " yeah, so what, they come around every year, had one last year". He is such a pleasure to be around. As a present from me to him, an all expense paid vacation for him and his loved one to sunny Englewood, Florida for three days and five nights.
