picked up a new 12 volt lithium battery for the scooter on a closeout deal---what kinda charger do I need?? have 2 older( not digital) Schumacher chargers one is a 6/2 amp and the other is a 10/2 amp--- can I use either of them?? If I do what rate do I charge them at 2-6-10 Amps? nothing in the box says anything only to use a charger suited for Lithium batteries--Are these suited for lithium batteries?? Thanx FED 387

Here is an interesting article about Li-Ion batteries. I would by a charger that is Li-Ion specific. In addition I would worry about any existing charging system that wasn't built specifically for Li-Ion batteries so as not to over-charge them.
