Default ToterHome help!

Hi Guys, I am sure some of you have ToterHomes (or Motorhomes), and I was after some info on them.
Were racers from Australia, and have a GMC TopKick, and due to the high cost of shipping per square metre (approx 1 yard), are about to build our 13 foot own box for behind the cab.

Where can you get the seal/s that go between the cab and box from?
How much of a gap is there between these two?
Are the box part of them bolted directly to the frame of the truck? (as the cab is not, factory air-ride cab-1991 model).
Finding suppliers from the USA has been impossible, no one seems to sell this stuff or want to help/or know.
I know that there are a lot of both pro built and home built boxes on Toter (&Motor) Homes though around in the USA.
These and any other help greatly appreciated!

try golden gait trailers in Charlotte, NC. As they do their own conversions and may be able to help w/ suppliers names. Also Beck's Marine in Michigan?

good luck,
Dean

Contact Steve Oldani. His e-mail is Oldani@forbin.net. Do you maybe know Wayne Illish from NZ? He has a red P/S truck. He is a friend and has alot of connections in your part of the world.

Thanks Guys, we've got some chasing up to do now with all of this! thats what I was looking for.
I know we contacted Arrow several months ago, the sales guy there said they don't do that anymore, as they used to (several years ago) advertise in National Dragster a kit that they sold to build your own ToterHome box.
He didn't want to know about it. However I'll try the guy you suggested there too now Dick.
Thanks guys!!

Al,

Could you keep us posted on any info you find out on this? I, too, have been wondering about where you find there parts/accessories. Good luck on the project.
