Stock ClassRacer on Pinks

I have volunteered my self to be on PINKS on Speedvision this fall. They are shooting it at Epping, NH on Oct, 13 2007. I have purchased a car to be used for the race, but the deal I had on the motor and tranny for the car fell through. I need to make some sort of deal on a BBC that will push a 2700 lb car into the 9's. I was told to bring a 10.5 second car. I am looking for anyone to that would be willing to help sponsor the car in exchange for parts or services. Or if anyone has a cheap BBC that I could purchase. I am located near Pittsburgh, PA. Thanks for your help in advance.

bring enough power to run lo 9's high 8's. that is what your opponent will do. Its a show to steal the car you run against. better be good on your negotiations like a smart street racer, or you'll be talked out of your ride. Me I want to see that dick rich christian get run over by the cash cab guy from a different cable channel,lol. That guy can trully make drag racing look like a bunch of idiots.

I watched a Speed Channel marathon last night on Pinks "All Out". That's the $10K to the winner show. I find it interesting. They make racing a lot more exciting than anything NHRA puts on the tube! But the real reason I watched it (other that to see SS/C Aris Asdourin run)? They have the hottest chick on those SpeedChannel commercials! That brunette is HOT!!! And she gets as much air-time as Rich Christensen. OK, I'll calm down now...
