Does anyone have any idea where I can find a copy of it? I can't seem to find it anywhere.

You can order copies of all incorporation documents from the California Secretary of State website. There is a per page fee.

I see in the 1951 filing that officers are to be elected every three years, but by who? Is there any paperwork available that confirms that the right of the members to elect officers every three years was revoked?
