"Live" from Atlanta LODRS Div. 2 2017

Well I figured I might as well jump in here in all of these "Live" posts this morning! If you can't find a place to race this weekend, you just are 't looking!

We drove down here yesterday in the worst traffic that we have seen all year! It took us an extra hour and a half to get thru Atlanta !

But on a good note, we were able to park when we got here. They parked for a while and then after dark, they let everyone stack! So much better than at the National! You just pull in and park where you want!!

I will try to get pics later! Right now it is cloudy and about 70. Test and tune starts at noon!

Well it is a gorgeous morning here in Commerce, GA! Today's high is 89 with only a 15% chance of showers late in the day. Yesterday was mostly overcast with a little rain that finished up test and tune a little early. There are quite a few rigs stacked overnight that are moving in now. We start out at 10 this morning with Super Street, followed by Stock. According to a new schedule posted on Facebook last night, we are going to try to get in 4 rounds on Sat. since the weather looks iffy on Sun.

Here are a few pictures from today. I still am not walking very well, so I cheated today and just rode around on the golf cart and took pictures from there. It is so hot, there were not many people out, so it is mainly just the backs of cars!!

Glad you are on the mend Ms Patsy maybe by the time Bristol gets here we can do a foot race! As bad as I hate missing the action I feel blessed to be too busy to make the trip but I hope to catch up with everyone at Bristol. Somebody tell that Marshall guy he can quit sandbagging on the sheet everyone knows what he's got!
