Hemi Challenge Question

I always thought "The Hemi Challenge was an "ALL RUN" field ????

Only the top 16 Now ??

A 16 car field discriminates against the 1980 Hemi Aspens. I think those were smogged down to 180hp?

...or was this a typo?

I see on DRC that it must be a 16 car field. Shows 16 cars qualified and the rest. Anyone know more???

DRC messed up, its an all run field. It is really just class eliminations for the SS/AH class.

Thanks for the info. That's what I thought. I guess you can't believe everything you read on the Internet. Like the 1980 Aspen in SS/AH.
