3rd gen Camaro hood scoop experience

I am looking for your experiences in ref to 3rd gen Camaro hood scoops and isolators of any style or configuration.

This is for my 1982 Camaro "Lamplighter" project. The projected performance in 5.80's 1/8 mile [9.20's 1/4 mile] It will be a 414 SBC of around 760 horse.

On track performance experience is what I seek.

Larry… I sent you a couple pictures. Like I mentioned if the car was mine, I'd lean towards a Competition Eliminator style scoop. Maybe incorporate something like a 2016 COPO hood scoop into your hood to give the car a later model look. Just a couple thoughts…Maurice.
