Default Comp At The Dallas Divisional

I know this isn't the Comp Forum but it's just an interesting look into the class. What was the attraction to go there when most other Lucas Oil Drag Racing Series events are sometimes hard-pressed to get 16 entries?

It helped that Roger Brogdan kicked in $150,000 of his own money to the Div 4 Comp purses. NHRA needs to look what increased payouts does to entries and increase purses instead of adding to the Executives golden Parachutes.

Roger Brogdon was a Comp racer before he moved up to Pro Stock. It's nice to see him give back to his former category.
