Stumble off the 2 step

I've been trying to make a 4 wheel line lock with delay box work but the car feels fat right at the hit. I've moved the 2 step from 26 to 29 with the same results. My AFR looks lean and I know a miss will look lean with an O2 but I decided to go way up in main jet. I went from 90 to 94 and it felt a little better but the 60 was slow, 1.393. Next run, with no changes, I foot braked it and the 60 was 1.297. I've been using a 3 circuit Dominator with timing at 35 and 39. Any help greatly appreciated.
