I started months ago trying to race at more local races no matter what they are, just to get out. Now we have to worry about COVID cancellations, Rain Cancellations, hurricane cancelltions, what is next? Ammonium Nitrate shortage?
If the rumor that NHRA needs 12 races total in 2020 to get their Coca Cola Money and Tony Scumacher with a six race deal, Something is up. Will it be the Gainesville 6 pack series. Remember Disney, Universal and Sea world are all open at 50pct capacity in florida. Is all the sponsorship money enough for NHRA to hold 6 more races after the US nationals with fewer spectators. |

Good-Year the Official Tire of NHRA...Should be interesting to see how this new "Boycott Good-Year Tires" request is going to work for some people. Theoretically, Presidential Preference could become priority over 60 foot times. Will it also have an effect on NHRA Competition and Sponsorship? (a friend asked me to post this) MB
