The official NSCA site carries the message about closing its doors. Knowing Tony Depillo I know this was a hard decision . This will be a loss for racers to lose the option of these events and classes. Thanks to Tony and his staff for their hard work putting on the events and acquiring sponsors to support the racers.

That is sad news to hear. I enjoyed running the stock/superstock combos there. You could have unlimited time trials saturday morning, 3 official passes in the afternoon and a final shot Sunday morning before eliminations. It is hard to find anywhere you could get that many runs in over the weekend. Not to mention seeing the nostalgia cars run and some of the 200 mph "street cars".
