Anybody know how to correctly adjust one of these valves on the rear brakes? I'm about to get one and install it.

The first thing I do with the valves is shut the valve and take some white finger nail polish or white paint and place a very thin line from centerline of the handle to the edge of the valve handle. That way i can keep track of how many turns the valve is open or shut plus if you want to shut or open the valve maybe a 1/4 or 1/2 turn it makes adjusting the valve easy. The valve I have now took 13 turns to open so i placed the valve at 6 Turns open and started from there adjusting from there. I install my valve going to the front Brakes.

I'd think twice before putting a prop valve on the rear. Those small tires on the front will lock real easy if you block rear brake pressure.

no need for a prop valve on the rear of most race cars with slicks , especially big ones.
As the others have mentioned it's more effective on the front brakes for preventing them from locking up at the stripe. The Wilwood valve can limit the initial pressure by up to 57% .the pressure will eventually rise to the same pressure being applied to the rear wheels, It's the rate of application that the valve is controlling.
