VP contingency

Anyone have a phone number of the actual person who handles VP Fuels contingency payment?
Sent numerous emails to address listed with required paperwork since March and get no response.
Kevin Hernandez with NHRA hasn't be able to help either.
Everyone else has paid in a timely manner and VP has paid me in the past so I don't know what the problem could be. Gave up on Jegs

Mark, I got my VP check from Gainesville a few weeks ago. Some of the delay was me sending the W9 & a receipt for fuel to them but even after I submitted that I had to contact them again to get the check sent. Mike McMahan 2543 G/SA
