plus/minus
engine build specs, I thought I read in rule about +/- tolerance, cannot seem to find it, say my head c/c calls 88 cc's and measure 87.999 will it pass?? or stroke calls for 3.75 measures 3.75999

Current rules.080 over bore..Valve size tolerance + .005/-.015 Stroke tolerance +/- .015 / connecting rod length +/- .025 no allowances for below chamber CC minimum. Its all there!
