Cool 60ft issues

The car is a 1967 elcamino with a small block that makes 690hp. The tranny is a g-force 4speed with 4.88 rear end gear. The car has stock suspension with chris alston upper and lower bars in the factory brackets it also has 9inch bias ply slicks. The rear shocks are avo's and they are three clicks from full soft, the front are set at 90/10. The 60ft average is 1.50 with launch rpm at 5000 and the average e.t. is between 10.30 and 10.40 depending on the weather By raising launch rpm to 6000 the 60 ft is the same tire pressure is set at 10 pounds. We are trying to get the car to 60ft in the 1.30 range. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
thanks C.P.

I would suggest it appears you lost a lot of HP between the dyno and the track. ;(
