You will have to look at the Classification sheets to see where the changes are actually applied. The announcements documents can be confusing.

How did the small cam 305 85-86 Get 4HP, and the big cam combo stay the same?

Wish NHRA would publish the data base averages like they used to so that decisions can be better understood.
