Anyone know who drove this mean ride?

I can remember that car from years ago racing at a local dragstrip in Terre Haute, in. ans other division 3 tracks, i can picture the face but can,t come up with a name, imagine that a my age !!!!!!!!

The yellow 69 behind the mystery car belongs to Tom Baughman of Central PA. He still has the car & it is restored back to original.
