bought mine at Northern Tools a couple of years ago. Got the L-shaped one, 50 gallons. Think I paid around $500 for it. Aluminum thread plate. have it mounted on the back of my C4500. Beats having to stop every 200 miles to fill up the stock 25 gallon tank all the time. I don't use it unless I'm going on a long trip. Scared of the thiefs.

Bobby, do you have Diesel Fuel in yours or gas. They say not to use gas in theirs! Don't know why!

Here's where I got mine. Very good pricing for an aluminum tank. I hooked it up with their install kit that ties into the fuel neck. Not sure on gas use thought?

Woodro, I left a message at your house, my ex-girl friend has a 10X17X60 aluminum tank that she wants to sell. Her phone number is 954-476-6169.

I bought a 90 gal tank for my dually from pit pal. They said it was for diesel but would work for gas. It has been a life saver for me as trying to get a 44 ft trailer into a small gas station won't work........I did ck with the Ohio HP and was told any tank under 100 gal was OK. But tank had to be bolted down and marked as gas.....................Good Luck
The worst part is paying for 130 gal of high test at one time. Last edited by Bob Verwold; 08-13-2008 at 03:14 PM. |

Woodro, it's says diesel only. But my truck is a diesel.
http://www.northerntool.com/webapp/w...6751_200306751 This is the one that I got. It helps hooking up the gooseneck trailer. Can't see it from inside the truck. |
