It's too early for Groundhog Day!!

The answer would be yes, but are we talking about N vs S - #2? I have already entered a date for a race featuring this format. Please unconfuse me?

Are you people racists. North vs South.
Are you people trying to imitate the college, high school North vs South football game format.
Sound like there is alot of bias going on here.
What is wrong with East vs West instead.
What about East vs North vs South vs West.
What if we divided the country up into eight geographical locations and then fought it out.
Even better, we go by states, 50 entries.
Now the big stage, we go by countries. Zimbawee vs New Zealand, Canada vs Haiti, USA vs Israel.
And finally, the Earth vs Quintagelo 564
