Default S/st the hard way

Vince Tosto, down to three cars ST.Louis Open, 355 CID Jerico, weight in trunk, no elect, just pure love of racing. (Pearson can,t cry this time,waah.) Good job Brother, Tony Tosto, 3050, A/S.

thats kinda how i did it at the 2008 CSK national i was runner up in s/st.... 1969 camaro 383 small block with 60 pounds of weight in the car.... mph is nice but not needed to win... i had scott rollins in the semi finals my 113mph took out his 160 mph

He's ran S/ST 6 times and took money home 5 of them and won the K.C. open the the guy is good period. And proud to say he's my DAD!!
The car is deadly and just plain works .024,.012,.022 lights in those rounds.
Way to go Dad keep it up!

Congrats! I'm happy to see people succeeding at racing the "old school" way. It was great to see Ted Seipel win a national in S/G recently with a small block and speeds in the low 120's.

I'm just finishing my S/G car (taking it back out after 15+ years in mothballs). I'll just be bracket racing it throttle-stopped into the 10's initially (too much $$ for all the SFI parts and the chassis cert), but even when I run it in S/G I think it will be "old school" configuration.
