It does not where it is posted, it is the rule. If you are over on runner cc's you are out.

Regardless of the poured volume measurement, any modifications to intake or exhaust runners prohibited. Any evidence of modifications from the original castings will be grounds for disqualifications. Final decision at the discretion of the Technical Services Department.
