Jan Gabriel, Thanks for the great memories. You made us all want to be at the track. You were part of the reason that the stands were full in all those old photos we make reference to, "the good ole days the way it used to be". We could sure use your style of promotion today. The pumping music and the passion filled radio spots could only be topped by being there for the big show. NBC's "Today" TV show weather man Al Roker uses the SSS everytime he does the weekend weather for the nation. I have the "Be There" cassett tape with the late Steve Evans, and he talked about how insturmental you were with that style of drag racing history!
