I ask this for a couple reasons....1) Dad claims that in 1970 @ the track somebody he knew had a "NEW" 70 Camaro SS 454?? He claims they came in & out ran a 69 Camaro with a 427?? Also I know for a fact my Grandmother bought a new 78 Caprice Classic with a 305 4bbl. I also had a friend in high school that had a 78 or 79 Nova SS with a 305 4-bbl???? Neither are in the guide (i'm told the Caprice is in the IHRA guide?)

That 70 must have been a Baldwin-Motion version. Don't know how many were made, but must not be enough to qualify to be in the guide.
