Default 5.7L Hemi w/ two plugs per cylinder

On the new 5.7 L hemi, do both plugs fire at the same time or are they stagered? I guess it could be either depending on what you want to acomplish for OEM on the road or racing applications.

Chris,

Read on the Allpar site 2nd plug fires during the power down stroke
for more complete burn and less emissions, maybe a little more power.
They could use a less restrictive cat that way. Also the 2nd fire uses another coil from the opposite bank...
