Highly suggest contacting Mark Lelchook at Performance Welding. You can search other threads on his work...

For a four into one header, Jere Stahl. For a four-two-one, Calvin Elston. Gebler and Performance Welding also make nice four into one headers, but for the price, I'd step up to Calvin Elston.
If you're on a tight budget, DynaTech makes a nice stepped four into one header.

Listen guys, do not spend 1 dime on ANY name brand header without at least talking to Mark Lelchook. If he can help, he will give you a price. You may have something that will work, he will tell you that also. Although the headers sizes, lengths etc are important, the collector on your combo may be more so. Call him, you wont be sorry....... Wade O |

I was unaware of some of the fab. shops, these guys do great work. Steve, the car has a set of Davis headers on it however they are very thin and patched. Dave |

I have the same combo as you are running. Right now I have the off the shelf Hooker 17/8 striaght tube with 31/2 inch collector. I have run as fast as 10.02 at the current weight break in SS/HA. The header plates should come from your head guy and order the headers with the bolt pattern to match your plates. Mine are about 5/8 thick. The hooker headers are pretty equal in length. I had a set of Headman headers that were the same as the Dynatechs all different lengths. I did not see any difference in performance when I changed from the Headmans to the Hookers.
