I am looking to add a throttle stop to run SG next year. The car is an AMC running on Methanol and runs 8.80’s all out. Has anyone run a throttle stop with EFI?
Thanks in advance, Glenn |

Glenn, answered your post over on the bullet, but thought I'd chime in here as well. We're going EFI this year to run SC, using an inline stop. I know of a couple of people who've tried it, and reportedly had some success.
But I'm going individual runner/plenum (separate intake tubes/blades/injectors for each cylinder) that I don't know that anyone has tried. Everything I know about the system, powered by a FAST Xfi, is that it should be a screaming combination, with lightening fast throttle response, great tunability, and deadly repeatability. But only time will tell. PM if you want more info. Chris

We ran a FAST EFI setup for years in both the super classes and T/S. I ran a base stop until we went to 2 throttle bodies. The base stop worked good, but with the inline stop you are able to tell the computer what your throttle position is which can help depending on how you have your program set up.
