Offered for sale, Awesome 65 Corvette! This car is fresh and ready.

Currently it is equipped with a 396 with Aluminum heads. All the best parts, including new tool steel lifters and billet cam.
This car has been run with both 396 and 327 combos. Hoods for both, headers for both.
Jerico DR4 with upgraded alum toploader case. Youngblood dual 7 inch clutch
Strange axles and spool-12 bolt (conversion to straight rear axle)
Strange brakes all around
MSD 7AL2 ignition
New Prostar500 Magnafuel pump/filter combo
Chrome Moly Wheelie Bars
Car is very very light. Will make AA/S weight with weight in the back.

NHRA just took 5 hp off this combo.

I have driven this car many times for my partner and it is a very trustworthy car. Last weekend out I went numerous 9.97,9.98 runs at over 132 mph! 1.38 60 ft times. The owner, Bob Gipson only wishes to sell in order to build a car that he fits in better. ( Bob is a big guy)

What would it take to buy it w/o a engine but with the trans?
