Default Oil Temperature Gauge

How many of you use a an Oil Temperature Gauge and what is the ideal temperature?

Not me. I did install a trans temp gauge once, That was a waste of time.

The first mark on the gauge is 140 degrees, I have to go 4 or 5 rounds before the trans even get's that hot.

The digital display gauges solve that problem !

On dyno around 200 was best temp for power around 220 power drops both ways water was at 160-165 that was with 20-50 oil
Phillip you did'nt waste time with gauge found out did'nt need cooler.
