What tire pressure do you run for a stick car with a 29.5 x 9.0 x 15 M/T tire?
Thank you, Larry |

I run around 11 lbs in my car.
Anything in the 10 lb range still worked but it beat the sidewalls up quickly which greatly cut down on the number of runs I could get out of a set. 12 lbs worked on a good track but any marginal track made the rear of the car skate. __________________________________ Andy Stone 1102 A/S 1112 SS/C |

I use the Hoosier stick tire and run 11 pounds. When I ran the M/T I used 11.5 to 12 pounds.

M/T's always seem to like 10-14 lbs everysize we've had from 8.5X26 to 14X32
we've had em on 12.80 to 8.80's cars only thing constant was all sticks. Mike Taylor3601 |

rear weight and rim width play a big roll in pressure, allthought 10 -14 is probably the range regardless. My camaro is a 3000 lb car and the only time I run more than 10.5 is with fresh tires on a record/class run or trying to make my fastest run. I have used that tire since 1988 or before. Wish it was a bit taller for my A car, but they can't seem to make a taller one that is as good. hope that helps
