Default Lee Zane puts on a driving clinic

Lee Zane just put on a driving clinic this weekend at Lebanin Valley, D-1 race. If you look at the rounds and what he did it was incredible. The weather was crazy slow and then got fast and slowed again. Lee had a heads up with Kelly Boyle/Parker's car and hops it up and wins against the odds, then has to race Dan Fletcher in bracket mode and wins and then goes back to a heads up and wins the race. That guy can drive, check out his lights in all kinds of situations and stays calm and cool. My hat is off to Lee (until next time my friend, lol) Congratulations.

On another note Joe Lisa also drove great and his semi final red light was questionable. Joe did not roll through the lights but they flickered and it went red, I would be p*ssed too!
Great job Joe.

Great job by Lee and Joe Lisa getting by the Parker Camaro heads up, probably the fastest H car in the division and possibly the country.
Double great job putting on the driving clinic of great lights and finish line execution!

Joe D. as usual driving his butt off losing the final by 5 thou. Awesome driving!

Lee is 3 for 3 in Final round Heads-up races. 2004 K/SA E-town Nat'l with the Buick Apollo, 2008 D/SA Atlanta Nat'l with the Firebird and now LV Div. with the Camaro. Some good engines to start with and some proper tuning.......

Who says S/SS is nothing but a bracket race????

Wow, oh freakin' wow!

Every one of the 14 drivers still in the show on Monday morning was tough. Lots of great racing. I feel I should mention Todd Hoven's perfect light.

When I logged on Sunday night and saw that Lee had Kelly Boyle heads-up in the 4th round, I thought, "better luck next time". I checked back 24 hours later, and he not only survived that one, but then won the final heads up against Joe, another known BMF in the class.

Everyone knows about Lee as a driver, but who knew this car was so quick? Must be the Van Poppel influence.
